Good reason for this, the version of DH that was released was only a rough
mix demo sent to Doug by the band to show how the album was progressing.
Next thing you know the bugger's gone and released it, complete with
knocked-together-in-a-minute grey cover!  Some of the tracks were probably
completely finished, others such as Phetamine Street were still in the rough
stages.  This also explains the track indexing error at the end.
