Thought some might be interested in the sleeve notes for "Silver Machine" on
Hijokaidan's _Tapes_:

Space is deep.  Silver Machine is only dream.  This is Hawkwind, do not
panic.  Your captain is dead.  Higher and higher... and more...  The
original sound "SILVER MACHINE" is the great british hit of Hawkwind, 1972.
Please listen to their many records if you don't know about Hawkwind.  These
are some truth of the world's end.  By the way this number was recorded at
studio of Osaka and Tokyo in June and July, 1986, and produced by Naoto
Hayashi, JOJO and Dr. Technical.
