Black Box Recorder was a side project/another ettempt at stardom  put
together by Luke Haines of the Auteurs.  They only made the one album
plus 2 singles (?) Child Psychology / Girl Singing In The Wreckage and
England Made Me / Lord Lucan Is Missing both released in the UK in 1998
on Chrysalis.  They were even less successful than his day job so BBR
are over and he's back Autering with their new album How I Learned To
Love The Bootboys
