Does anybody know if the movie Black and Blue was ever released on video?

I saw the movie at a theatre in Los Angeles and thought that it was pretty
damn good.
It must be because of legal reason(s) that it never got released on video
(or did it?)

Damnit, should have read the whole digest before starting replies, but
just to confirm the fact, the video was released, at least on Betamax
and was called strangely enough "Black and Blue", I have absolutely no
recollection of who did the release or its cat numbers etc.
