No, it's another one of those sounds-like-a-Hawkwind-song tracks, although
given the opinions that Sonic and Jason expressed about Hawkwind in
mid/late-80s interviews, you can be pretty certain that this time it WASN'T
intentional (unlike the previous examples I gave), although Spacemen 3 WERE
very talented at "borrowing" other peoples' songs (such as "O.D.
Catastrophe" off their first album, which is a
note-for-note,fuzz/wah-solo-for-fuzz/wah-solo rewrite of "T.V. Eye").  But
the first time I heard "Revolution" on the radio, my immediate thought was
"either this is the new Spacemen 3 single, or someone has just released a
really great cover of 'You Shouldn't Do That'!" (and then the vocals came
in, which answered my question).
