Joe in 90-92?! I don't know about that. Joe was probably still doing
Cult Brothers at the time. When I saw BOC around that same time
period (When they were promoting their "upcoming album 'Harvest
Moon'"), the bassist was that guy who co-wrote Still Burnin' -- I can
picture him but the name escapes me.
