What's OTHER?  I thought we had HW: NIK: BOC: BRAIN: ADMIN: and OFF: - is it
really OTHER: instead of OFF:, or are they interchangeable?  'Cause I've
been using OFF: for several years now, and so has everyone else I've seen.
Is that not correct?

And are they case-sensitive?
