H/W: The 2 Sams (Gopal and Fox)

Met Samantha Fox a couple of times as we used go drinking at her wine
bar (called Sams) in North London after work. Just received my copy of
Sam Gopal's Escalator CD which is quite nice. There are a couple of
things though, why is Lemmy called Ian Willis and who the hell were the
Rockin' Vickers? :-)
