The complete line-up for the Radio Actor's Nuclear Waste ep is:

Steve Broughton, Harry Williamson, Mike Howlett, Sting, Gilli Smyth, Steve
Hillage and Nik T.
It was released in 1979 and got re-released on CD in 1996.
