HW: rooms etc.

Hey folks,

Given the varied requirements that we'll be needing from what
I originally (foolishly, heh) gave them, I sent this
along to my contact.

Once I have word back (soon, hopefully), we can make final
arrangements for hotel space.

Phil,

I've been speaking with the others, and it seems that some wish to only
stay part of the time, and others want to extend.  I'm also still waiting
to hear back from the band as to their accomodation requirements as well.

Is the rate that you quoted me valid for shorter/longer stays as well?
Shall I have individuals contact the hotel directly, or should
I gather the names and itineraries and provide them to you?

We may also wish to reserve a meeting room space.  What would be the
charge on that, and are there any available on 12/29 and/or 12/30?
