HW: 29th Ticket info

Most of the advertising says its 4PM for normals, 3PM for Passport Holders.

Looks like I might ending up being normal, as my passport probably hasn't
made it with the dodgy postal service :-(

Afterall today is last day of passport processing..boohoo.
