HW: latest room stuff

OK folks, see below.  shorter stays ok, longer stays possible, but
limited.  shouldn't be too much of a problem, I think, as
only 3 (Eric S., me, Robert Jacobs) of us are staying then.

For those folks that are staying on, is the 50 pound rate on new years
ok?  (It's still cheaper than what I had elsewhere, so I'm for it,
but if you want to revise dates, let me know.)

If we want it, meeting room space is available at the hotel
for 100 pounds, ie. only feasible if everyone chips in for part of
it.

That's for space only, I believe.  We'd still have to provide
all of our own refreshments.....

Kris contacted me last night for the band's rooms, so I think
that we are mostly ready to go.

Thank you for your latest e-mail.

The rates have been quoted on the basis of a group booking and reservations
will therefore need to come through me, once you have all the details of
dates, duration and rooms required.

I am pleased to offer the same rate for those guests that require shorter
stays and whilst we do currently have some availability (limited) for those
that wish to extend their stay to include New Years Eve there will be an
increased charge for the 31st December 2000, which will be £50.00 per room
per night, room only.

I have also checked with the hotel regarding availability of a meeting room
for the 29th & 30th and have available the Surrey room.  This is chargeable
at a half day rate of £100.00.

Arin, I hope this gives you all the information that you require, but do
please contact me again should you need any further help or information.  In
the meantime please accept my thanks once again for your interest in Choice
Hotels.
