Hey folks,

Does anyone know if Michael Blackman is coming?  He'd
requested a room from yesterday, but he hasn't shown up yet.

Michael -- if you are out there -- please get ahold of the hotel
ASAP (phone (44) 2078348042) to cancel or confirm.

If you've not gotten back to them soon, I'm going to cancel your
reservation, since I'm being socked with the fee for it :-(

If you show up after all, let me know, as I've got a twin
so you can share with me if a room is unavailable.

For everyone else who is coming -- please, please, if you have
to cancel, please call the hotel and do so.  I don't want to be
hit with any more fees :-(
