Listing Butterworth as the only author is both correct and
misleading :-/  The book says "Moorcock and Butterworth" on the
cover.  Moorcock's contribution was minimal, though; they were
using his name *without* permission, presumably to increase
sales.  But you have to look for the book in the "M" bins.
