not _quite_ so simple, perhaps....

as i recall, as remaining brain cells allow, someone sent me the napster link
some time back; i responded to said link w/ one das ludicroix track.

now, my pal kermit, the guy who made all the mp3's pour moi, made his _entire
collexion_ available to napster, which included the first UK cassette by das
ludicroix, "jammed and stoning", and a couple 'dummy' disarray cd's which a
friend put together pour moi.

if napster requires the supplying folx to be online when downloads happen,
heh, kermit, along w/my dear friend heidi, went to maine until summer's
end....and he doesnt appear to be online.

_why_ don't i know how napster conducts their transactions?
because i couldnt care less.

mp3's are a waste of space, IMO, and the only ones i possess happen to be
selections i played on. and kermit, being incommunicado, has _far_ more than
moi.
i have two das ludicroix trax, two dsra trax, and the scylding material i
recorded w/carl anderson in '95.

my main concern regarding napster [in my post from yesterday,] involved the
potentially-sinister implications of the phrase "hunted down and
blocked".....to the tune of over 317, 000 computers.

and you _know_ which one i mean.
