I have this...

I don't know the source for the Hawk material, but it seems better quality
than the usual "knock-offs".

I think the Calvert/Amon Duul material comes from an album called 'Die
Losung - I'm sure Mr. Gilham can clear that up.

At least some of the VdGG material comes from an outtakes album called 'Time
Vaults', but my vinyl copy is "in storage" so I can't verify just how much,
pro-tem.
