Uh ... you'll probably want to murder me.  I got mine for free from a
friend who (at the time) worked for a silly newage
spirituality/UFO/atlantis/crystal-gazer type magazine called 'Magical
Blend'.  He was the art director, but also wrote occasional music reviews
(we were in a band together).  Apparently the US mail order operation
Eurock sent them a promo copy (that's what the sticker on it says).  I'm
not sure whether or not Eurock still stocks it ...
