'Heaven' & 'Hell' were the first-ever Residents CD's.  Both are "thematic"
compilations of Ralph-era (pre-Rykodisc; these were the first Residents
releases on Ryko) material; all the tracks are previously-released
(although there are a few "new" edits of longer cuts).  I believe they came
out around 1986 or 87.
