HW: Meet up before Croydon gig?

I'll be there (and dragging along someone who hasn't seen HW since the
Chronicle Tour).

Been in both, Yates is shite, George is OK ( a Wetherspoons pub, much like
the Beehive).  I'd go for the George.  It's only 5 minutes to the Fairfield
Halls).
