HW:Damnation Alley film on BBC tonight

i remember that the british SF comic 2000AD did a really cool version of the
story damnation alley called "the cursed earth" with judge dread. Check it
out, i think you can still get the series on graphic novel.

Btw Judge dread was accompanied by a biker throught the story called spike
harvey rotten.

what's this movie about then? Damnation Alley I mean. I'm presuming it has

I haven't seen Damnation Alley, but I know Warren Oates and Peter Fonda are
not in it.  Warren Oates is my favorite actor.  I believe you might be
thinking of Race With The Devil, Oates, Fonda, Loretta Switt, (where they
see a satanic cult sacrifice somebody and spend the rest of the movie
running away in a motor home).
