not yet out over on this side of the pond.  US (mass) hardcover looks to
be released in April, and the limited edition from American Fantasy looks
to be released in March.

just took a quick look on amazon.co.uk, and it looks to be
out as of 2/16.

all 3 have different covers.  sigh.  for the kollector....
