BOC: BOC fan on the writing staff of Andromeda?

"Starry Wisdom" is from Lovecraft, which dates it to the late 1920's, early
1930's.  I think it's the most obvious example of Perlman borrowing from
Lovecraft.
Doesn't make it wrong though.....
