No, I don't.  I've heard that the MM Friends and Relations materials
have been pressed to CD, but don't really know any details for sure.
Your best bet would be to query the Hawkwind email list---
boc-1 at listserv.spc.edu---and the Nomads of the Time Streams list at
nomads at sundancer.oche.de.  You might also try www.multiverse.org.
