Yes indeed - Hawkwind lives because of Dave for sure but for me one of the
most important aspects is Dave's Frank Zappa type role in being able to
surround himself with the best musicians for the job at the time while still
having a firm hand on the rudder - there are still a lot of musicians along
the way without whom Hawkwind simply wouldn't have been the same and while
this is in no way to diminish the stature of Dave, is the whole greater than
the sum of the parts..............
