lolol Duke Ellington was apparently an exception to this....

but rock music is generally not scored on paper.

i dont understand  why such an ability would be _finite_, and yet...

i wrote about 4 lp's worth of stuff [as if y'all noticed]
it's not as if this hinges upon financial "success"
that would _not_ be a condition of one doing it.

but there's a lot to be said for paying the bills, so...

i have yet to figure it all out.
