good places to live?

LoL. So the Percy is still there. Well somethings don't change.

We used to go there before we went the Mayfair every Friday and Saturday.
And Newcastle is Great I lived there for 6 years and they had to drag me
away kicking and screaming.  I've still got my poster and some fliers from
the Hawkwind gig at the Mayfair in 1992. And yes it is cold. But Wonderful.
