Forget the Riverside, its pretty small really, and not what it used to be

University of Northumbria Has a couple of different size venues from memory. And Newcastle Uni used to be OK, used to go down there for the touring MEGADOG stuff.
It's a bit difficult since the Mayfair shut :-( as it was about the right size. Got the old poster from the '92 Mayfair gig on the wall in front of me. By the way who did the T shirts for that Electric Tepee tour, because they were beautiful? Wore mine every week for 5 years until it fell apart while I was travelling round Europe. But they were the best Tye Dye tour T Shirts ever. Brushes tear away from eye.

If you play Glasgow its a shame Renfrew Ferry might be a bit too Small, because it Kicks Ass as a venue. Saw Gong there, and it's very strange watching a gig and floating on water. Excellent Place to do Sea King lol. or Green Finned Demon actually floating ;-) Ozrics are playing there in May, I'm not actually sure what the capacity is but If you get the chance to play there it's a unique venue.

Didn't realise their were so many Geordiephiles on the list!
Which would be the best gig there for HW.
The uni of Northumberland (where Whiplash is but the large room)
  The new Opera House venue
  or the old Riverside?
  Shame about the Mayfair........
