Oh they should, everything that is published in any way should have a
copy sent to...(can't remember the name). They hassled me when I
released Moor and Simon Says albums and threatened me with takin' it
to court (or something of similar effedt) if I didn't send copies to
them...yes I was a little late sending copies...
