Yes, but in South-West Virginia there were no presidential campaign ads
shown (at least none that I saw), only local and senate ads.  I presume
that's because SW VA was considered a lock for Bush (as was the whole of
VA, really: the only real race was between Allen and Robb for senate),
so why spend the money?
