I've seen some mention of these gizmos here before, so I thought
some folks might like to know that they are now, apparently, readily
available.  Elderly Instruments is selling something called the
Etherwave Theremin, autographed by Bob Moog himself!  List price
is 400 bucks, but likely discounted somewhat.  Includes '...a
documentary video on Theremin virtuoso Clara Rockmore, an
instructional video...and a guide on customizing your Theremin...'
