Alas, Ginza only seems to ship to Sweden & Norway.  Why I can order
directly from French or German online shops but not Scandinavian ones
is a mystery to me. But never mind that now .... So, Juba, if you
could help me out with a copy of _Sjung och var glad_, that would be
great.  I can send UK cash, Swedish cash, some CD from the UK, or
whatever! :)
