BOC: "Chuck Burgi, where are you"

So I'm reading the local SF musician's bulletin board on the Internet
(http://www.craigslist.com/ ) and I see a message titled, "Drummer... Chuck
Burgi, where are you".  It's from a guy who evidently has some recordings
Chuck did in the 70's, and he wants to get copies to him.  So I write the
guy and tell him that Sam Adato (owner of the local drum store, and a super-
nice guy to boot) knows Bob Rondinelli, who (like I need to tell you guys!)
replaced Chuck in BÖC, and he should try getting in touch through Sam.  An
hour later, I get an email back from the guy thanking me 'cause he was able
to get through to Chuck via that route!  That never would have happened had
I not:
A) been in Sam's shop he mentioned Bob as a regular customer when he comes
through town, and
B) been on this list ('cause otherwise I probably wouldn't know that
*either one* had/does drum/med for BÖC)

My good deed for the day, I guess ... (sorry for the very marginal on-
topicness, but I HAD to share that) ... have a great weekend,
