HW/Festival Tickets for Family & Freinds

Hopefully someone from Hawkwind or someone to do with Hawkwind can help. On
the Mission Control site it says passport holders can get visa tickets for
family & freinds, i take it on a first come first serve basis, it says that
they are available now but how do you go about getting one. I need one for
the wife as she never got round to getting a passport for herself in time.
Any help on this one would be much appreciated. One more thing as for myself
my email address is now diffrent than when i registard so once again someone
that has something to do with the festival would be the one to help with
this, that is if your going to contact people by email.
