HW: Lemmy

What's clear from reading more is that Lemmy and Simon didn't get on too
well, especially towards the end, describing King as 'pompous' - "Those two
(Simon and Alan Powell) effectively killed it between them", and that "Dave
wanted me back in but the drum empire wouldn't let him". Not surprisingly,
he's equally scathing about Paul Rudolph describing him as "a very, very
mediocre bass player, the opposite of me".

There isn't a huge amount of information about Lemmy's Hawkwind years, most
is anecdotes about various gigs and band members (Nik's frog suit incident,
Del's log cabin episode, Dave's, er, spanking fetish!) and no new Hawkwind
photos.

Lemmy pays a lot of respect to Dave Brock though.
