Lineup should be Mr Dibs, Martyn Hasbeen, Keith Barton and Robin Julian.

Sorry, I can't help with your other questions though.

I should also point out that the Buxton gig tonight is free entry but there
will be a bucket passed around throughout the day to raise funds for Cancer
Research, Christie Hospital NHS Trust where Mr Dibs' sister was treated.
