if EMI dont own the rights then who does?

i like Filip thought EMI did seeing that they bought virgin and virgin
bought charisma and charisma was the original label they came out on.

Unless after so many years the rights to these recordings have reverted back
to the band or someone has bought the rights off EMI? Has Doug Smith got
something to do with this?
