I got mine, and I think it's great.  Thanks to Martin for mentioning me
and the FAQ in the intro.  I've just started into it but there's a lot
of cool stuff.  The only thing that makes me cringe a bit is, despite
Martin's assertations about keeping some of the "dirt" on the band out,
some of the interviews (particularly with Richard Meltzer) contain
information that I would have wanted to leave out.  But that's just me -
others (perhaps including the people mentioned) have less of an issue
with it so I perhaps shouldn't complain.  But, it is a fascinating read,
even for someone such as myself who knows at some level much of what is
there.  I highly recommend it as well.
