Yes, you are missing something, I suspect that you need to refresh the page by holding down the shift key as you click on the refresh icon (in IE anyway - presuming already ...).  The following text should be there ........

"NEW PROMO CD: A promotional cd that features several clips from the new album alongside interviews with band members is currently being mailed to all Hawkwind passport holders that we have postal addresses for. As soon as we have served the passport holders, any remaining copies will be sent to fans who supply their address details to this link {CD APPLICATION} First come, first served. "
