HW: Promo Cd - Passport Holders First....

If this helps my work PC doesn't see the message running IE but my home
one running Firefox does I'm sure Rick is an excellent Web master but
customer service isn't his strong point.

There isn't a problem with the site it's likely still the browser, or
maybe your isp is a little slow picking up changes made out there on the
net.

If the bulk of us see the message immediately, then it's not a site
problem.
