Anyone remember Z-Rock back in the 80's broadcasting from Texas?  Those
guys used to play a lot of "deep cuts" from a variety of rock albums.
Great DJ personalities too.

Remember the days when a new album would come out and the DJ would play
the whole thing to give you a taste?

How about Frazer Smith on KROQ in LA in the late 70's, playing whatever he
wanted (and being funny as hell), rarely any normal radio fare?

Those were the days.
