Following suggestions that Rock'n'roll is a dangerous lifestyle i trotted
off on the net and found this website (also lists Bob Calvert)

1. Heart Attacks (11)
2. Accidents:Car/Plan/Helicopter/fire (7)
3. Cancer (7)
4. Drug related (5)
5/6/7.  Pneumonia (3)  Stroke/Cerebral haemorrage (3) and AIDs (3)
8. Drink related Kidney failure (2)
9. Suicide.(1)
10. Choking to death on a cherry stone

I know it's not the total statistical base but possibly a representative
sample
