BOC: BBC1 tonight

Just finished watching the new cop show on BBC1 called Life on Mars.
Cop gets run over, wakes up in Sweeny era 1973 (think Peggy Sue got married)
Anyway two detectives go into a pub, in the background a familiar tune -
Stairway to the Stars.
they played the track all the way through and at times it was very prominent
and loud with no dialogue.
Well - made the programme for me - the rest of the soundtrack was good too -
Who, Deep Purple, Bowie etc
all that was missing was Silver Machine.
