Listed as 1-3 weeks from amazon.com.  Ottakar's is showing it, but isn't 
listing whether it's in stock or not.

Of course, it's published by Apogee Space Books (new home of old friend 
Rob Godwin), and you might be able to order direct from them, or from your 
local planetarium (seemingly that's who they are selling to these days.)
