I used Wiretap to capture the stream. If you don't want to incur any
costs (*G*) the free version will only record cleanly in one format
(.wav IIRC) - it will do most other audio formats, but it puts a
voiceover on the track at intervals until it's paid for.  It's v.cheap
anyway, and works well.
