uh - no.  I think you can safely discount appearances in connection with 
Iggy Pop, Neil Diamond and Slayer - and indeed the Chicago Mass Choir, 
though were that true it would most certainly be an event worth crossing the 
Atlantic for 8-)      To the best of my knowledge the Captain Lockheed, 
Arjen Anthony Lucassen, Mike Moorcock, Psychedelic Warlords entries are 
correct.   The rest must be a.n.other Dave.    Actually it's quite a good 
list on the whole.    I was a bit sceptical about the appearance of Robert 
Calvert in 2001 but it seems to be genuine enough although perhaps the word 
"posthumously" should have been included.
