Hi Mark,
You got a laugh from me there, with respect to Mike's posting, I hope it's
OK Mike. We might all not always understand what you're spewing, but we
love you anyway, and I know there's a method to your madness.

When we traveled with Hawkwind I always would sing, "Take me back to the
tour I survived," when things would get tense, like over finances, lack of
sleep, or whatever. Don't get me wrong, those were some of the best times
in my life. Dave told Chris he was going to sue me, because I was singing
"Back on the Bus," he teased me about plagiarism of his own takeoff on the
lyrics. when we'd get back on while we followed their tour on a Greyhound
bus back in '89 , primarily as fans although, When asked Chris did
everything from help with security, the placement of the microphones forthe
recording of Palace Springs, and help with sound. I got a laugh out
ofDave's threat, too. Maybe the lawyers are still waiting to catch up with
me, butI'm the Kaduflyer, and those who know me know I haven't let the
grass grow under my feet till recently.
The Hawkwind family and friends have always been very good to me. Dave was
like an older brother watching out for me, after a show, he'd take me over
to the food, and make sure I had something good to eat On my birthday in
'89, they were clearing out the bar, and Chris hadn't brought me back stage,
so the bouncers tried to tell me to leave, and Dave called out, "here, here
now, you can't throw out Mary." He made me a birthday sandwich, and the
band sang me Happy Birthday, that was my best birthday, ever.
With respect to this site, it's all in good fun, and exchanging Hawkwind
knowledge. I appreciate all the kindness shown to me by people here. I'm
looking forward to the Brock Calvert disc.

Peace,

Kaduflyer
