Reefer Madness?

You can't get the black stuff over here, the government is too involved in
the heroin trade and hash isn't economical enough to import from
Afghanistan, and all the other countries that produce that wonderful treat.
I've never liked the smell, taste, or affects of alcohol.  I simply can't
afford to buy anything recreational, any donations accepted, (just sort of
kidding), the price is too high if caught.
