Hmm, maybe the French ISPs do not mind loosing half their subscriber base, and
the remainder downselling to their absolute zero product. The sweet thing is,
the ISPs are responsible for spying on their subscribers, and most likely will
face stiff penalties if they don't deliver.

P2P drives the broadband industry, if you like it or not. Take it away, and
the industry is gone.

The French were always a bit ugly on the side ;-)
