There used to be specialist shops in London dealing in vinyl cut outs and
imported tapes in the 70's and I always bought US or foreign copies of Hawk
stuff to play and keep my UK stuff as pristine as possible.

Eventually gave up due to cost and living space being taken up by an ever
expanding collection.

PS I was very surprised that a Quark CD I sold on E-bay on Saturday only
went for £14 - it was a Griffin original with book (Queens). Hope the
Astounding Sounds one I'll soon be parting with gets more action than that.
