I have 2 copies of this disc - The UK and US ones.

The text on each cover is a different colour (think red and green but not at
home so can't check).

Were there any variations in colour within each country?

I know the discs themselves were different and I have the US one with the
Hawkwind shield sitting on my desk at work as I write as I converted this to
a desk clock.
